For too long, private market deal flow has been fragmented. The largest and most consequential transactions have been reserved for the largest and most-connected institutions. Founders chased capital. Family offices missed the deals that mattered. Allocators below the bulge bracket worked on ageing infrastructure that could not keep pace with how private capital actually moves today.
FlowwCapital exists to remove those structural barriers, the geography, the gatekeeping, the information asymmetry, that have defined private markets for decades. Investment opportunities introduced through FlowwCapital are facilitated by Floww Markets UK Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 980098). Introductions involving US-based opportunities are made through Floww Private Markets US Inc, a FINRA member (CRD: 328174). Cross border capital introductions are conducted in compliance with the requirements of the relevant investor and issuer.
